analysis review of functions & Festivals organizing
by the college institutions to achieve the objectives
are given hereunder:
STRENGTH

rendering in-valuable services to the society
by educating mass and rendering social service
to the whole community and grooving the prominent
citizens.
• Festivals & functions are strengthening
financial position of the Institution

are strengthening financial strength of the in
stations thereby it can achieve the objective
of doing development activities.

of articles at the function, donation, advertisement
& Publicity by inviting corporate to sponsor
the function

campus expansion and improvement program. Campus
development has included the Hertel Residence
Hall, which affords secure and comfortable on-campus
housing; the Granito Dining Center, which also
incorporates the campus Health Clinic and Barnes
& Noble-managed college bookstore; and the
Hennessy Center, which features the college gymnasium
and athletic training facilities.
WEEKNESS
• Non-Professionals
Sisters & Volunteers are not professionals
to organize the festivals professionally and profitably.
Sisters have lack of market expertise
• Security
Security arrangement at campus is not extensive
and compact enough to meet the requirements at
the program. Since program & festivals are
attending by prominent citizens & VIP and
Government dignities, where require foolproof
security arrangements
• Scarce Funds
Less available funds will dampen the development
programmed of the institutions. Organizers want
to spend for the festival -Need more created people
for more events -need to develop more cultural
link. Sisters help only children in the Bronx.
- They are
not aware of prices food is expensive today. They
want to sell everything inexpensive.
• Unqualified volunteers
Difficult to get more qualified people to volunteer
to plan and execute the events, utilities and
organizing the program. But it require lot skill
to orgnize the events within the budget and need
more creativity more attractions -need more methods
of promotion to let know the people why the sisters
do festivals. Less creativity in minds of students
& volunteers
Opportunities
• To attain social objectives
The program and festivals are important opportunity
for attaining the objective & development
program of the institutions. Dominican College

Threats:
• No attention from college students
Festivals and program are generally un-noticed
by students, who are not interesting to attend
the program due to lack of interest.
• Focus to be whole community
Dominican sisters continue ethnically to be focused,
there continue funding may be threatened (their
focused is only in the children in the Bronx.)
-Sometimes the expansion of services to other
ethnicity's impact s on the community. It should
be for all children and also maybe in the town
need some charity maybe someone loss her job and
have children. It is wide expected that the Institution
services for should above cast and creed. by the
Society.
• Time lost by Students
Diverting the focus of young generation like
student to organize and arrange program may diver
their core attention of studies and their life
ambitions.
